12-month manufacturer warranty

Every ARTISTIC & CO device sold by the official distributor in Cyprus carries a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty card carries the device's individual serial number, which is also printed on the device and its box; current models may also have an NFC authenticity mark.

What is covered

• Manufacturing and material defects that appear during normal use as described in the manual.
• Repair or, where repair is not possible, replacement with the same or an equivalent model.

What is not covered

• Damage from drops, impacts, liquid ingress beyond the device's rating or use against the manual.
• Normal wear of cosmetic surfaces, and consumables such as gels and serums.
• Devices opened or repaired by anyone other than the authorised service.
• Devices bought from unofficial sellers or without a valid serial number.

Your legal rights

The manufacturer warranty is in addition to your statutory rights. As a consumer in the EU you keep the legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery for goods that are faulty or not as described.

How to get service

• Write to info@artistic-cy.com or WhatsApp +357 95 174800 with the order number, the serial number and a short description or video of the problem.
• We check the problem with you first - many questions are solved remotely.
• If the device needs service, bring it to our Limassol or Nicosia showroom or send it by courier; we arrange the repair with the manufacturer.

Register your device

Add your device and its serial number under Account → Devices. It keeps the warranty date and serial number in one place and speeds up any service request.
