Terms and conditions for using the ARTISTIC & CO website and buying beauty devices and skincare from BEST FROM JAPAN LTD in Cyprus.

Who we are

This website is run by BEST FROM JAPAN LTD, the official distributor of ARTISTIC & CO in Cyprus, with showrooms in Limassol (Agiou Andreou 175) and Nicosia (Stasikratous 35). Contact: info@artistic-cy.com, +357 95 174800.

Products and prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. We take care that prices and product information are correct; if a genuine pricing or listing error appears, we contact you before processing the affected order and you are free to cancel it. Photos show the product, but packaging can change between batches.

Orders and payment

A contract is formed when payment is completed and we confirm the order by email. Payment is processed securely by Revolut; we never see or store your card details. We may decline or cancel an order - for example if we suspect fraud, a product turns out to be unavailable, or we cannot deliver to the address - and refund any amount already paid.

Discounts and the welcome bonus

Promo codes and the registered-customer welcome bonus are applied at checkout and cannot be combined; the larger discount is used. The welcome bonus applies once per customer to the first paid order and has no cash value.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery is described in the Shipping policy, your right of withdrawal in the Returns policy, and the device warranty on the Warranty page. They are part of these terms.

Safe use

Our devices are cosmetic beauty devices, not medical devices. Read the instructions and contraindications before use, and consult a qualified professional if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or are unsure whether a device suits you.

Accounts and reviews

Keep your password private. Reviews must describe your own genuine experience; we publish them after moderation and may refuse reviews that are abusive, off-topic or advertising.

Intellectual property

Site content - text, photography and design - belongs to ARTISTIC & CO, BEST FROM JAPAN LTD or their licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Liability and law

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence in the EU.
