Return an ARTISTIC & CO order within 14 days of delivery: conditions, how to start a return, return shipping and how refunds are paid back.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from your order within 14 days of the day you (or someone you name) receive the goods, without giving a reason. This applies to deliveries to Cyprus and every other EU member state.

How to return an item

• Tell us within the 14 days - email info@artistic-cy.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. A clear written statement is enough.
• We confirm the return address in Cyprus.
• Send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

Condition of returned goods

• Return devices complete: in the original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and the warranty card.
• You may unpack and inspect a device the way you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.
• For health and hygiene reasons, skincare and supplements can only be returned while still sealed.

Return shipping

You pay the cost of sending the item back, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product - then we cover it.

Refunds

We refund the price and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the payment method you used. We may wait until the item is back with us (or you send proof of posting).

Outside the EU and professional orders

Orders delivered to Israel or the UAE, and professional or partner orders, follow individual terms - ask us before ordering if you are unsure.
