How to use Dr. Arrivo Zeus: a step-by-step routine for beginners

A Dr. Arrivo Zeus device does its best work when it is used regularly and correctly. This routine is written for the first four weeks; always check the manual of your specific model for its modes and levels.

Before you start

  • Charge the device fully and register it - keep the warranty card with the serial number.
  • Read the contraindications: not during pregnancy, with a pacemaker or implanted electronics, metal implants in the face, or on irritated skin.
  • Remove jewellery and cleanse the face. Make-up and oil block the current.

The routine (10-15 minutes)

  • Apply the massage gel generously - about a teaspoon for the lower face, more for the whole face and neck. The gel is the conductor; too little gel is the most common reason a session feels prickly.
  • Choose the lifting/EMS mode at a low level. Glide from the chin to the ear along the jaw, 5-6 slow passes per side, keeping all electrodes in contact with the skin.
  • Move to the cheeks: from the corner of the mouth up to the temple, then from the side of the nose outwards.
  • Forehead: from the brows upwards towards the hairline, never over the eyes.
  • Switch to the RF/warming mode and repeat the same lines more slowly.
  • Wipe off the gel, apply the serum and, if your model has it, use the electroporation or LED step to finish.

How often

Weeks 1-4: three to five sessions a week, low to medium levels. After that, keep three sessions a week. Consistency matters more than intensity - a comfortable level used regularly works better than a high level used once a week.

Common mistakes

  • Using too little gel, or letting it dry during the session.
  • Pressing hard or holding the device still in one place.
  • Jumping to the highest level from day one.
  • Expecting a permanent change from a few sessions - results build and last with the routine.
