Buying a Japanese beauty device in Israel or Dubai: delivery, customs and warranty

Many of our customers live in Israel and the United Arab Emirates. Japanese beauty devices are hard to find there through official channels, and grey imports often come without a valid warranty. Here is how ordering from the official distributor in Cyprus works.
Delivery
Orders ship from Cyprus with DHL Express, usually the same or the next business day. Delivery to Israel (Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa and the rest of the country) and to the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other emirates) usually takes 2-3 business days after dispatch; customs clearance can add a day. Delivery is free on orders from €150, and you get a DHL tracking number.
Customs, VAT and duties
Israel and the UAE are outside the EU customs union. Depending on the order value and local rules, import VAT or duties may apply. If they do, they are charged by local customs and collected by DHL on delivery - DHL contacts you before delivery with the amount. Prices on our site are in euros and do not include these local charges.
Payment
You pay securely by card at checkout. Your bank converts the amount from euros at its own rate.
Warranty and service
Every device comes with an individual serial number, a warranty card and a 12-month manufacturer warranty. Warranty questions are handled by the official distributor in Cyprus: message us on WhatsApp and we arrange the next steps.
