Shipping Policy

DHL Express delivery to Cyprus, Europe, Israel and the UAE.

How ARTISTIC & CO orders are shipped with DHL Express to Cyprus, the EU, Israel and the UAE: dispatch times, delivery costs and free delivery from €150.

Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Cyprus public holidays. Orders placed before 2 pm (Cyprus time) on a business day are normally handed to DHL Express the same day; later orders, and orders placed at the weekend, leave on the next business day. You receive an email when the order is placed and a second email with tracking once it is with DHL.

Where we deliver

All orders travel with DHL Express, tracked door to door, to Cyprus, the other EU member states, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery cost

• Free delivery on orders of €150 or more to Cyprus, the EU, Israel and the UAE.
• Orders under €150: €20 delivery for skincare and supplements, €30 when the order contains a device - or the live DHL Express rate if it is higher for your address.
• The exact price for your address is shown at checkout, after you pin it on the map, before you pay.

Delivery time

• Handling: 0-1 business days.
• Transit with DHL Express: usually 2-3 business days from dispatch.
• Professional, partner and bulk orders may need separate confirmation before dispatch.

Customs

Orders within the EU are shipped without customs formalities. For Israel and the UAE, local import duties or taxes may be charged by DHL on delivery under local rules.

Missed delivery

If DHL cannot deliver on the first attempt, they leave instructions for redelivery or collection - you do not need to contact us. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and write to us within 48 hours at info@artistic-cy.com.
