Can I use sheet masks, oils or other cosmetics?

Do you deliver to Israel and the UAE?

Yes. Orders ship from Limassol with DHL Express to Israel and the United Arab Emirates, usually arriving in 2-3 business days after dispatch, with tracking door to door. Delivery is free on orders of €150 or more. Because Israel and the UAE are outside the EU, local import VAT or duties may be charged by customs and collected by DHL on delivery under local rules. Do face lifting devices really work?

Home devices work gradually rather than instantly. Regular sessions - usually a few minutes, 3 to 5 times a week - support a firmer-looking contour, less visible puffiness and smoother-looking skin over several weeks. What is the difference between EMS and RF?

EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) makes the facial muscles contract and relax, which supports a toned, lifted-looking contour. RF (radiofrequency) gently warms the deeper layers of the skin for a firmer, smoother feel. Most Dr. Arrivo and CronuA devices combine both in one head, often with LED, so one session works on muscles and skin together.

How often should I use an EMS or RF face device?

Follow the manual of your model. As a rule, start on a low level for short sessions of 5 to 10 minutes, 3 to 5 times a week, always on clean skin with a conductive gel or serum. Increase the intensity only while it stays comfortable, and pause if the skin is irritated.

Who should not use EMS, RF or microcurrent devices?

Energy-based beauty devices are not suitable during pregnancy, with a pacemaker or other implanted electronics, with metal implants in the treatment area, over broken, sunburnt or inflamed skin, or with certain medical conditions such as epilepsy. Check the contraindications in the manual and ask a doctor if you are unsure.

Can I use a device during active acne or rosacea?
